At Minmini, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your products—from delicate candles to fun toys—reach your doorstep.

1. Processing Time

  • Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
  • Timeline: We strive to dispatch all in-stock items within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products and your delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout before you complete your payment.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 999]. (If applicable).

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Tamil Nadu & South India (Bangalore, Kerala, Hyderabad): 2 – 4 business days.
  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune): 4 – 6 business days.
  • Rest of India / North East: 5 – 8 business days.
  • Remote Locations: Delivery by India Post may take slightly longer (7-10 days).

Please note that these are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or public holidays are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Care (Candles & Fragile Items)

We take extra precautions when packing your orders:

  • Candles: To prevent melting or breakage, candles are wrapped securely in bubble wrap and sturdy boxes. Note: During peak summer months, we may delay shipping candles by a day or two to avoid them sitting in hot warehouses over weekends.
  • Toys & Bags: These are packed in waterproof or tamper-proof packaging to ensure they arrive clean and safe.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number / AWB via Email and SMS.
  • You can use this number to track your package on our courier partner’s website (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, or Shiprocket).

6. International Shipping

Currently, Minmini ships primarily within India.
If you are an international customer wishing to purchase our Yarn Bags or Toys, please contact us directly at support@minmini.shop for a custom shipping quote.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a package that looks tampered with or damaged from the outside, please do not accept it from the delivery boy.

  1. Take a photo of the package.
  2. Reject the delivery.
  3. Contact us immediately.
