Thank you for shopping at Minmini. We take pride in the quality of our Kids’ Toys, Yarn Bags, and Candles. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan.
Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Category-Specific Return Rules:
- Candles: Returns are only accepted if the candle is unlit and in its original packaging. Used or lit candles cannot be returned.
- Toys: For hygiene and safety reasons, toys must be returned in unopened and original sealed packaging.
- Yarn Bags: Handmade items may have slight variations in weave or color. These are not considered defects but rather part of the charm of handmade products. Returns for “change of mind” on these items are subject to approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items bought on “Final Sale” or clearance.
- Gift Cards.
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by Minmini.
4. Damaged or Defective Items (Important)
We take great care in packing your orders, especially fragile items like candles and toys. However, damage can occur during transit.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund for a damaged or missing product, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the unopened package and the product condition upon removal. Without this video, we may not be able to process your claim.
- Reporting: You must report damaged or defective items to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Resolution: If your item is confirmed damaged, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
5. The Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@minmini.shop or WhatsApp us at +91 6383616774 with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
- If the item is damaged, attach the unboxing video and clear images.
- Wait for our approval. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or address without prior approval.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective/Wrong Items: Minmini will bear the return shipping costs or arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area).
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., you didn’t like the color), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our Coimbatore facility:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card/UPI/Bank Transfer) within 5-7 business days.
8. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the item has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned (subject to the terms above) once delivered.
